The Lower Market Patio located outside our takeaway market on Cyd’s patio. This open patio space includes use of Cyd’s bistro tables, chairs + café lights. Client is responsible for all other rental needs. Recommendations available upon request. Hosts intimate gatherings to 50 people seated for a meal.
The Lower Market Greenspace located outside our TakeAway market, on the open greenspace of Donavon Park. This unfurnished open canvas gives you the opportunity to showcase your own personal style making each event unique. Client is responsible for all rental of table, chairs + tent needs. Recommendations available upon request.
Peoria Park District space in Donovan Park: This rental is paid to Peoria Park District for events held on PPD parcel that require tents, tables, chairs + rental items that may put wear + tear on PPD parcel + landscaping.
Westward Deck located on the South West Corner of Cyd’s Star Bar + Grill outdoor area offering the perfect private area for small functions + intimate gatherings of guests up to 25. This secluded area will allow guests attending bridal showers and dinner parties to enjoy this private oasis situated in the quaint space with panoramic views of Donavon Park day or evening. Tables + chairs are arranged for harvest style seating.
The North Corner located in the north east corner of Cyd’s Star Bar + Grill outdoor area. This cozy casual area is the ideal space and atmosphere for your low-key mingling + open house style small gatherings. Equipped with our cozy low lounge seating for 8 and wood picnic tables.
Full Restaurant Buy Out perfect for large events requiring the indoor restaurant + bar space, as well as the out door upper patio + gravel yard. Available for rental when restaurant is not in operation (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) as well as full buy outs during regular service hours. Full buy outs require at least 2-weeks notice and booking.
